时间、精力和金钱诸方面代价较小而效果显著的研究方法。 研究中笔者发现，乙肝青少群体在与环境的相互作用中心理健康 的动态平衡已被破坏，其主要心理问题表现在情绪障碍、认知偏差、 生理功能障碍以及行为改变四个方面。定量测查表明这一群体心理健 康状况与全国常模比较有显著差异，其心理健康水平大大低于全国正 常成人。群体心理健康破坏的原因主要是内外因素相互作用导致，相 关的外界因素缘于主流群体对乙肝的认知偏差，以及建构在主流群体 观念层面上的排斥所衍生出的就业排斥、教育排斥、医疗排斥等社会 排斥现象。这些社会排斥现象的累积与连锁反应增加了乙肝青少群体 社会性应激源的强度，同时又使得群体成员的社会支持系统和认知系 统的中介缓冲作用失效，导致群体成员产生生理、心理和社会行为改 变等各类临床症状。 最后，研究从努力改善群体成员与社会不利境遇之间的相互作用 入手，重点探讨如何借助社会工作这一外部力量来辅导和协助乙肝青 少群体的增权过程，消除社会对乙肝青少群体的各种排斥，选择从个 体、人际关系和社会参与三个层次出发的外力推动增权模式，运用社 会工作的个案、小组、社区以及社会政策等具体增权介入策略和技术， 努力去影响群体所处的社会环境和社会政策，打破群体现有的无权状 态和无权感，真正改善群体正陷入的尴尬处境。 关键词乙肝青少群体，心理健康，社会排斥，增权 ABSTRACT In rccent years，more and more eVents with Very negative ef：fbcts have been brougtlt about by a hepatitis B，which have caused a lot of social issues，such as committing suicide，crimes and so on．And there is great concems on such an issue around the acadeInic circle． In fact，the issue of Hepatitis B is breaking away from the infectious disease itself aIld being evolved toward social affairs and sodal issue． Thereforc，it’s necessary to concem加d interpret this issue from a soci0109ical poillt of View，In addition，help and iIlterference should be giVen in tlle field of me social work．However，the related research is still in che start stage sofar． This research adopts the comprchensive aIlgle of View of the social psychology’sociology，sOcial wOrk to conduct an illtegrated research and 弛ctlssi衄on those youtIl grollp sufferiIlg丘om H印atilis B．ne Study stans蠡rom the de血ition柚d evaluatioⅡof the physical，psycholo酉cal蛐d social behavior problem，and develops丘om the tll=ree scc曲璐of adversity， exdusion，跏d e加powerment．The st印s are as f01lows：first，to test and analyze the pSych0109ical healtlly condition of the Hepatitis B youth c0姗unity qu柚titatively卸d qualitatively，鲫d desc抽e the advefsity they are confmnting；second，to tcst匆the Value of sodal exclllSion theory b豁ed on the rcsult obtailled抽m the first section，锄d analyZe the social alld cllltural enVironment related to tllis problem； Ihird， to have introspection an
