绎济伞球化背景F中国企业家能力建敬的现状与对策研J完 中文提螫 中文提要 经济全球化背景下，中国企业家必须勇敢地面对来自困内外的竞争。因而中 国企业家能力建设变得极为紧迫和必要。现有主流企业竞争力理论主要围绕环境、 资源及能力等因素，从经济或技术的角度，从企业资源配置行为本身来研究企业 竞争力问题，结果往往不得要领。研究企、小竞争力不能忽视企业家的作用，因为 不论是经济或技术的方法、措施运用都需要人去指挥、落实，企业家的能力和水 平无疑起到决定性作用。本文结合中国企业家能力建设实际，综合运用能力建设 理论，系统剖析了企业家能力建设的存在问题和原因，提出了企业家能力建设的 四种途径，对我国加快企业家队伍建设和提升中华民族的国际竞争力有～定的指 导意义和启示。 关键词：经济全球化：企业家能力建设；对策研究 作 者： 指导教师： 蒋才茂 吴声功教授 经济夸球化背景下中围企业家能力建世的观状’j对策研究 The Current Situation of Chinese Entrepreneur Ability Building And Solution Research With The Background of Economy Globalization Abstract With the background of economy globalization，and China being a member of WTO，Chinese entrepreneur must bravely face the competition from home and abroad． So the building of Chinese entrepreneur’s ability is becoming extremely urgent and necessary．The current mainstream theories of enterprise competitiveness mainly focus on factors like environment，resources and ability etc．They research the enterprise competitiveness from the economic or technical perspective，or throu出the distribution behavior of enterprise resources，but usually they cannot get the essentials．We carl’t ignore the role of entrepreneur in researching enterprise competitiveness，because DO matter economic or technical methods and implementation，they all need human being to direct and Rut into effect，mad the ability of entrepreneur certainly plays a decisive role．This article combines with the reality of Chinese entrepreneur ability building，and integrates with the theory of application ability building，systematically analyzes the existing problems and causes in the entrepreneur ability building，and brings forward four ways to build entrepreneur ability,which has certain guiding significance and inspiration for China to accelerate the team construction of entrepreneurs and to promote Chinese international competitiveness． Key words：economy globalization；entrepreneur ability building solution research Written by：Jiangcaimao Supervised by：Wushenggong 经济争球化背景F中凰企业家能力建设的现状，J对
