统招生、成招生学习心理差异分析及对策研究 Abstract To satisfy the need of the modern construction of our country, the higher education ofour country has entered a period of developing fast in recent years. The large-scale expandof the university in enrolment and construction widened the channel of peoples receivinghigh education, which is advancing the proces of the popular high education. But, with theexpand of the enrolment scale and the conversion of the enrolment policy, the quality ofthe students tend to become uneven, and their ages and stations are greatly diferent. Howto assure the teaching quality in this situation is one of the important problems to be solvedurgently at present. Reviewing the psychological diversity of diferent sorts of students inlearning wil surely play a positive sole in improving the teaching administration andquality. This report is based on the motive theory and the psychological characters of diferentsorts of students in learning. The study examines the psychological diversity in learningbetween the associate-enroled students and the adult-enroled students in ShandongInstitute for Political Science and Law Administrators by taking a questionnaire, trying toprovide the scientific psychological basis for the scientific teaching administration. Thisstudy is caried out on four latitudes: objective condition, self-cognition, teamingmotivation, course evaluation and atribution statistics. By means of analysis, we can draw conclusions as folows: 1. There are notable diversity in family background, enrolment cause, enrolmentsatisfaction etc between the two sorts of students. The adult-enroled students entering thiscolege mainly consists in great need of learn and perfecting themselves, their satisfactionis high. As to the associate-enroled students, is lower than them, because their marks in theentrance examination are not good enough for them to go to a beter colege 2.
