Abstract On the background of economic globalization and information with the rapid development of society,economy and technology，more and more concern is put on the effect which logistic industry brings to the global economical syStem．LoNstic Center,Assembling flow of material， information and capital，is important in the economic development today． In China，the process of reform and opening-up is go straight．Especially after entering WTO，national economy and foreign trade develop more quickly and beNn to get into the economic system of the world．How to adopt to the trend of the world logistic and set up modern logistic center is apparently UP to the transportation level． On the base of analyzing some logistic centers in the world，we research the logistic center construetion of Loudi．This chapter is composed with：(1)theories：on the ground of logistic becoming the accelerator of economical development in the world，we analyzed the concept of logistic and logistic center,type and fimction of the logistic center and it’S present development situation of domestic and overseas， then address its importance． (2)implications：mainly analyzed the superiority and infefiod锣to the planning of Loudi Logistic Center；had quantitative and qualitative prediction to蕾rei龇volume of Loudi with gray predicted model；planned Loudi Logistic Center from information platform construction and from position，distribution，dimension and function of the projects．(3)strategies：some suggestion for the planning of Loudi Logistic Center． Key words：Loudi City,logistic center,logistic，planning Ⅱ 1．1研究背景 第一章绪论 随着社会、经济、技术的高速发展，在经济全球化和信息化的推动下，现代 物流业已从为社会提供传统运输服务，扩展到以现代技术、管理和信息技术为支 撑的综合物流服务。涉及生产、流通和消费过程的现代物流系统已成为适应当今 世界经济最新发展趋势的重要基础产业。物流业对全球经济体系所产生的革命性 影响，越来越受到世界各国的关注和重视。一些发达国家和地区利用现代信息技 术，对物流的各个环节，包括运输、仓储、搬运、装卸、包装、配送、信息加工 等相关活动进行一体化管理，大大提高了物流效率，降低了物流成本，增加了企 业利润。因此，物流业被称之为“第三利润源泉”、“黑大陆”、“未开垦的处女地”。 在国际上现代物流产业被视为国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业，其发展程度已成 为衡量国家现代化程度和综合国力的重要标志之一，被喻为促进经济发展的加速 器“¨“。 物流中心作为物流系统中的节点m，在现代社会经济发展中具有重要的作用。 当
