Abstract Along with many kinds of environment problems surging in Industry Society, theeco-city becomeseco-city containsa kind of city mode that academic circlespark type, be-close-to-sea type, land gradualy approve. Thoughtype etc. various forms, itsconstruction cant break away with the economic development. Only under socialstability and upper population quality circumstances, we can construct a fine home. Since thesample, Luoyang city hasalready writen in the thirdbrought forward to set up the national park city,they have practice colective urban plan in 1997 and put the goal into Inthe article, we above al introduce the definition of Eco-city and set up the modeof Eco-city, subsequently discuss the relation of the Eco-city construction and economicdevelopment at diferent eras. At last, we review and analyze the history of Luoyangcity by stages. Also we select some quantificational index signs that involve threeaspects such as economic development, social actuality, environment quality, whichadapt to the mode of Eco-city building of Luoyang. We utilize the data of the Eco-citybuilding and present economic condition of Luoyang to make the quantificationalanalysis and deduce the coordinative degree of them. We find out the present questionsof the society, zoology and economy of Luoyang by qualitative and quantificationalanalysis. Combining with the advantages such as tourist resources and heavy industrybase to discuss the mode of the Eco-city of Luoyang n the future and point out the present leading task Thereby, combined with the characteristic of the natural and social touristresources and industrial actuality, we put forward cultivating tourist name-brandadvantage, deepening the economic system reform and quickening industry rebuilding.
