Abstract:
In modem society,human resource is affects productivity as a core factor:The
continuous education and advancement of the personnel are the fountain of organizations’
inauguration,transformation,and development;Personnel training and development impel
organization advancement.Enterprise training system becomes the fertilizer of innovation
and the catalyzer of the advancement.
Since China’S entrance of WTO,Chinese enterprises have been encountering both the
challenges and opportunities from the rapid growth of the world economy and intensive
global competition.The reform of the electric power industry also shakes the operation
foundation of Shanghai municipal electric power company.The company faces
a principal challenge—how tO improve quality of human resource SO that the company can
development effectively and efficiently in such a competitive business environment.The
proper resolution is through the enterprise training
The effectiveness of the enterprise training will largely determine compan5’S
competitiveness.Entrepreneurs often regard’going concern’as operate continuously in
drastic competition.Most of them have realized that systematic training becomes an
inseparable part of modem organizations and an effective approach tO gain
competitive advantages.
This article discussed role of enterprise training from the viewpoint of the systematic
development and management of an organization’S human resource;It analyzed current HR
situation of Shanghai municipal electric power company and its personnel training
requisition,and concludes the company’S training strategy and detailed policy After
illustrating the training strategy of some electric companies in developed countries.the
article also pointed the training related problems that Shanghai municipal electric pow er
