某煤化工有限责任公司设年产95万吨焦化项目（煤气净化）MOND 摘要：本次设计在了解煤气净化的工艺流程及国内外的安全问题进行分析后，发现在煤气净化过程中存在着许多安全隐患，成为安全生产中一个重要危害因素。2007年至2008年攀长钢连续发生两起煤气爆炸和中毒事故，造成3人死亡，8人受伤。近年来，还曾发生过多次险肇事故，给安全生产带来巨大的压力。为防止煤气在净化过程中事故的发生，应用蒙德法对系统的危险有害因素进行定性、定量的分析辨识，确定系统的危险有害因素及其程度；并且对可能产生的主要危险、危害后果提出切实可行的安全整改措施。为建设项目的设计和施工提供科学依据，以利于提高项目本质安全程度。最后，对以后的煤气净化工艺的前景进行展望。 关键词：安全评价煤气净，MOND法  An annual output of 950000 tons of coking coal chemical LTD Set up projects (gas purification) MOND Abstract:In understanding of gas purification process flow and the design safety analysis at home and abroad, found that there are many potential safety hazard in the process of gas purification, become an important hazard factors in the safety in production.
