2013届毕业论文 我国企业对外直接投资的产业选择研究 院 、 部： 　 学生姓名： 　 指导教师： 职称 专 业： 班 级： 　 　　 完成时间：  摘 要 近年来，随着经济的全球化，世界各国之间的经济联系日益密切。在经济全球化和国际竞争日趋激烈的背景下，中国的国际化水平不断提高，经济实力和综合国力的不断增强，这使得对外直接投资得到充分迅速地发展。与此同时，我国企业对外投资的行业选择上又凸显一些问题。本文从分析我国对外直接投资的产业发展历程、现状，探讨了现阶段我国对外直接投资产业中存在的问题，明确了我国今后对外直接投资产业选择的重点，最后针对不同问题提出了我国对外直接投资产业选择的策略。选择正确的产业进行投资是企业实现国际化的基础条件，这也有利于推动我国改革开放更近一层的深化和更公平地参与经济全球化进程有长远的战略意义,这对于维护和实现我国的发展利益更是具有极为重要的现实价值。 关键词： 对外直接投资；产业选择；策略 ABSTRACT In recent years, along with the economic globalization, the economic ties between countries in the world is increasingly close. Under the background of economic globalization and international competition, Chinas internationalization level continuously improve, economic power and comprehensive national strength increasing, which makes foreign direct investment into full development rapidly. At the same time, our country enterprise of foreign investment on industry choice and highlights some of the problems. Starting from the analysis of industry development course and status quo of China’s outward foreign direct investment, foreign direct investment industry in our country at present stage is discussed, the problems of foreign direct investment for the future is definitely the focus of the industry choice, finally according to different problem put forward the strategy of the choice of foreign direct investment industry in China. Select the correct industry investment is the basic condition of enterprises to realize internationalization, this will help promote our country closer to a layer of the deepening of reform and opening up and more fair to participate in economic globalization has a long-term strategic significance, for the maintenance and realization of the development of our country interests but also has very important practical value.
