我国沿海液体化品船队的发展规划研究——以上海某化学品运输公司为例.doc

摘 要 随着国民经济的持续发展，中国化学品需求呈现快速增长的态势。目前中国的绝大部分化学品都需要进口，只有少量的产出和出口。化学品主要有石油化工、煤炭化工等，由于我国化学品需求量大，在大量进口的情况下，我国也提出扩大本国的化工产业，因此许多地方都建立了化工品炼厂来满足本地的需求，需求之余剩下的产出均通过内贸运输到全国各地，给我国内贸运输化学品船队的发展带来了良好的发展契机。同时，各化学品运输公司认识到合理进行船队规划、提高船队综合实力、保持竞争优势的重要性，因而有必要对如何发展船队、船队的合理构成等进行研究和探讨。本文的主要目的是通过理论研究为我国沿海化学品运输公司船队发展规划的实际运作提供一定参考依据。 本文首先回顾前人在船队规划方面的理论和实际应用的研究成果，在对此总结分析的基础上，根据我国化学品运输企业的发展状况提出本文的研究对象，即处于规模扩张时期的我国化学品运输公司的沿海运输船队。 第二章简要介绍了化学品的种类和贸易流向以及全球化学品运输的现状。 第三章从我国化学品运输市场的需求着手分析，对我国沿海化学品运输量进行合理预测并总结出我国沿海化学品运输主要航线，为后两章的规划模型提供数据。 本文核心内容是建立数学模型来研究船队逐年发展策略问题。该部分以一定的假设为前提，以采用购买新船和租船来扩大船队规模的我国化学品运输公司沿海船队为研究对象，以规划期内成本最小为优化目标建立动态规划模型，通过模型的求解得出最优的发展策略，即每年购买新船、租用二手船的具体策略；然后将模型应用到实际的航运公司中，通过Matlab编程求解得出规划期内船队发展的最优策略。 关键词：化学品，运输，船队规划，动态规划  ABSTRACT With the continuous growth of the national economy,Chinas demand of chemical increases dramatically. Currently,in China,most demands of chemicals need to be imported,only a small amount of export and output. Chemicals are mainly petroleum chemical industry, coal chemical industry and so on. Due to the great demand for imports,our country need to expand chemical industry,many places have set up their own chemical refinery to meet the demand of local,the rest of the output will be transported to other areas by domestic trade in the country. It brought good development opportunities to the development of internal transport chemicals fleet. On the other hand,the chemical transportation corporations realized the importance of properly planning their ship fleet,enhancing the general power and maintaining competitiveness. Based on this awareness,its necessary to have a research on how to develop fleets and how to appropriately construct fleets. The aim of this dissertation is to provide some valuable references for the operation of the development planning of the fleets of Chinas coastal chemical transportation corporations in the light of the theoretical researches. First,this dissertation has a look back at the theoretical and practical application of re
