幼兒社會能力發展的理論探究 曾火城 台灣首府大學 幼兒教育學系 副教授 摘要 本文主要以文獻分析方法探討幼兒社會能力發展的相關問題，全文計分成六部分，包括：(1)前言；(2)社會能力的定義與內涵；(3)幼兒社會能力發展的相關理論；(4)幼兒社會情緒與語言溝通能力的發展概況；(5)增進幼兒社會能力發展的課程安排與教學策略；(6)幼兒社會能力發展的教育啟示。 所謂社會能力(social competence)，意指個人在與他人互動時，意圖溝通彼此訊息、建立正向關係、達成個人目標或解決人際問題的一種內在綜合能力。幼兒社會能力的優劣，對其人際關係、學校生活、學業表現等均有相當程度的影響，值得教育人士重視。本文中所述幼兒社會能力的發展概況及相關理論，有益於吾人對幼兒社會能力、同儕互動、成長過程的了解及其在教育上的應用。 吾人欲能有效增進幼兒社會能力，除幼兒家長本身需予以重視外，學校教師亦宜把握課程安排原則及適當的教學策略，為幼兒營造安全、溫馨、支持的理想學習環境。 關鍵字：幼兒；社會能力；社會情緒；溝通技巧 Theory Study on the Development of Children’s Social Competence Huo-Cherng Tzeng Associate ProfessorTaiwan Shoufu University Early Childhood Education Department  Abstract  The essay mainly discusses issues related with the development of children’s social competence in the way of documentary analysis. The whole essay is divided into the following six sections: (1) Preface; (2) Definition and connotation of social competence; (3) Theories related with the development of children’s social competence; (4) Overview of the development of children’s social emotion and language communication competence; (5) Courses arrange and teaching strategies increasing the development of children’s social competence; (6)The educational implication of developing children ’s social competence. Social competence refers to a kind of inherent comprehensive competence that an individual intends to communicate each other’s information, sets up positive relationship, reaches personal goals, or solves interpersonal problems when he/she is interacting with others. As the performance of children’s social competence has influence on their personal relationship, school life, and academic performance to a certain extent, it deserves more attention from educators.
