摘要 近年来，我国的中小企业特别是民营企业获得了迅速发展，应成为国民经济的重要组成部分，成为我国全面实现小康目标的重要保证，在发展经济、扩大就业、活跃市场各方面发挥着重要作用。在当今的中国中小企业整体实力不断壮大，经营范围不断扩大，显示出了重要的经济地位。但是由于中小企业规模相对较小、资信度低、科技含量相对较低等条件的限制，中小企业要想在未来激烈的市场竞争中获得长足发展，面临着很多阻碍，其中最主要的是中小企业的筹资问题，只有解决了这个问题，中小企业才能够更好的发展。本文就是通过对我国中小企业发展现状以及存在的问题进行了阐述，进而对其成因进行了剖析，最后针对我国中小企业的状况进一步提出了改善中国小企业筹资困境的相应对策。 关键词：中小企业；筹资；信用担保；筹资渠道 Abstract In recent years, Chinas small and medium-sized enterprise obtained the rapid development of private enterprises, in particular, should become an important part of national economy, become the important guarantee of fully realize the well-off society in our country, in the development of economy, expanding employment and active market plays an important role in all aspects. In todays Chinas small and medium-sized enterprise overall strength has grown, business scope expanding, shows the important economic status. But due to the small and medium-sized enterprises is relatively small in scale, low qualification, constraint of science and technology content is relatively low, small and medium-sized enterprises want to gain long-term development in the future competition in the market, faces many obstacles, mainly small and medium-sized enterprise financing problem, only solved the problem, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises can better.This article is through to our country small and medium-sized enterprise development present situation and existing problems were expounded, makes an analysis on the causes, finally based on the status of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country further puts forward some countermeasures to improve Chinas small business financing predicament of corresponding.
