LP-100G English manual 1 Safety Precautions ● Never connect the A.C. power supply to the output terminals (U,V,W) of the frequency converter。 ● After the power supply is switched on, do not perform wiring or check, etc. ● If the power supply is switched off, do not touch the PCB or other parts inside the converter within 5 minutes after the keyboard indicator lamp goes off, and you must check by using the instrument that the converter has completely discharged all its capacity before you start to work inside the converter. Otherwise, there will be the danger of electric shock. ● The static electricity in human body will cause serious damage to the MOS field effect transistor in the converter. Please keep your hands away from the PCB, IGBT and other internal parts before taking actions to prevent static electricity. Otherwise, faults may be caused. ● Don’t touch the circuit boards or its parts or components in the converter when it is powered, so as to avoid danger of electric shock. Please don’t shut off the unit by turning off the power supply. Turn off the power supply after the motor has stopped its operation 2 Connection Precautions ※　Don’t install electromagnetic contactor between the frequency converter and motor. ※　Don’t install input phase capacitance or resistance-capacitance absorbing device between the output terminals U、V、W of the frequency converter. ※　To disassemble or replace the motor, the input power supply must be turned off for the frequency converter. ※　The motor or working power supply with can be switched on/off only after the converter stops its output. ※　In order to minimize the effect of electromagnetic interference, a surge absorbing device should be installed if used electromagnetic contactor and relay, etc. is near to the frequency converter. ※　For external control of frequency converter, a isolation device should be used for the control lines or screened cable should be used. ※　A screened cable sho
