运动员再就业目标与环境选择与影响因素 的研究---------河南省重竞技运动员的个案 王跃[1] 张蕾[2] 王春芳[3] 李兆坤[4] 王二亮[4] 张高峰[5] 摘要：为了解河南省重竞技运动员再就业目标与环境的选择与影响因素，该研究采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等进行了研究，结果发现河南省重竞技项目在役运动员退役后理想的职业目标中，经商排在第一位，第二位是从事教练或教学；个人喜好的工作环境，其次是收入环境、由于重竞技项目专用性强、社会普及程度较低，运动员对再就业目标与环境的影响整体上是一致的、父母亲职业、家庭收入状况、接受教育情况社会关系对运动员再就业目标与环境选择构成了直接的影响。这比较符合当今我国实行的市场经济体制和我国这样一个人口劳动力供给过剩，经济发展水平较低的国家的就业现实。建议退役运动员的就业安置工作,要逐步适应社会主义市场经济体制的需要和劳动人事制度改革的发展趋势。各级教育、人事、劳动保障、体育部门要积极创造条件,拓宽退役运动员就业渠道。 关键词: 运动员 再就业 目标与环境 In-depth Research on the Factors of Athletes Selected Targets and Environmental with Re-employment --------For example of Henan’s Heavy competitive Athletes Wang Yue[1] Zhang Lei[2] wangchunfang[3] lizhaokun[4] wangerliang[4] Zhang Gaofeng[5] (Department of physical education, Zhengzhou University, 450001, China) Email: zdwy2005@126.com Email: zgf891016@126.com) Abstract: For understanding the factors of athletes selected targets and environmental with re-employment.
