丽江市古城区社区青年志愿服务的研究.pdf

I 摘 要 近些年来，社区青年志愿服务开展地如火如荼，成为后单位制时代中国社区 建设的一股重要力量。社区志愿者们服务在各种志愿活动中，充分体现了当代青 年的风采。这不仅有利于推动社区德育工作，而且有利于培养青年正确的世界观、 人生观和价值观，最重要是有利于建设幸福与和谐的社区生活环境。然而，因为 社区志愿服务发展历程较短、国外先进经验借鉴不足，出现了一系列的问题。本 文拟以云南省丽江市古城区的社区青年志愿服务为例，通过对国内外相关志愿服 务实践经验以及相关文献进行借鉴学习、对部分古城社区青年开展问卷调查、对 参与社区青年志愿服务工作的相关人士进行访谈等方式，研究目前丽江市古城区 社区志愿服务现状，并认真分析探讨存在的问题及原因，最后提出在社会机制和 组织机制方面的对策建议，期待本文对丽江市社区志愿服务的相关理论研究和实 践活动有所裨益。 关键词：社区；志愿服务；志愿者 万方数据 II ABSTRACT In recent years, the Community of volunteering service has been developing really well, becoming more and more important in Chinese Community Contruction. The volunteers show their passion and ambition in varities of activeties. It not only makes our moral education going well, but helps our young generation to form correct outlook on the world, life and value. Most importantly, our work contributes to the harmony and happiness of society. However, a series of problems come up due to the lack of time and experience. Thus this article will set the community of volunteering service in Gucheng district, Lijiang city, Yunnan province as an example to find out the problems and also solutions by studying related papers, doing surveys and interviewing people. I hope this research will benefit the theory and practice in Lijiang’s Community of volunteering service.
