包头市中等职业学校技能型人才培养的研究.pdf

内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文 ㈠删则螋{Y1 91 0558 中文摘要 随着我国经济发展、社会的进步，教育事业为我国经济建设做出了 巨大的贡献。但随着改革开放不断深入，我国的教育与发达国家教育相 比较渐渐显露出了许多弊端。学校教育目标偏窄、教育内容繁琐、知识 强行灌输、考评机制单一，不能调动学生主体的能动性，在这种教育模 式下，培养出来的学生没有创新性，压制了学生的创造力。科技是第一 生产力，而技能型人才是“第一生产力的实践者，社会商品的创造者， 是推进技术创新和实现科技成果转化为生产力的重要力量，在提升竞争 力，推动经济发展过程中，发挥着主力军的作用。而技能教育的发展受 制于社会的进步、发展，与经济社会发展联系最为直接，与人民群众的 利益联系最为紧密的一种教育形式。同时，教育的发展又推动了技能的 提高、社会的进步。作为教育的一种很重要的组织形式，职业教育在社 会经济技术发展过程中扮演着非常重要的作用。本文根据包头市中等职 业教育发展数据，利用数学方法建立包头市中等职业教育预测模型，预 测其发展趋势，在此基础上分析包头市中等职业教育发展及人才培养存 在的问题，并提出了技能型人才培养对策。 关键词：经济发展，职业学校，技能型人才培养，社会 ABSTRACT Skilled talents are the practicer of‘‘the first manufacmre，the creator of social commodities and the main power to advance teclⅡlique iIuloVations a11d realize me changing of scientific achievement to manufactllre and they also play a leading role in promoting conlpetitiVeness aIld adVancing the process of the dcvelopment of economy．But the deVelopment of shlled education is limited by the deVelopment of society．It is a rind of education which has direct relationship with the deVelopment of economic society and also haVe a closest relation ship wim the benefit ofpeople．The development of education is subject to the progress of society．At the s锄e time，the deVelopment of education also promotes the deVelopment of society．As a VeW important fo皿 of o略aIlization in education，Vocational education plays a Ve巧significaIlt role in the society and economy development．According to the deVelopment data of secondaIy vocational education in Baotou， the、Ⅳriter sets up a prediction model by using mathematical methods in mis anicle．It may predict the development tends of secondaI。y Vocational education in Baotou·And basing on it，the writer analysises the pIIoblems in the deVelopment and the talent training of seconda巧vocational education in Baotou and proposes the 觚ining strategy of skilled persOnnel． Key words： Economic deVelopment，Vocational schools，s薹【illed talents，也e soclety 内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文 目录 一、引言??．?．．?．．．???．．?．．?．????．．1、 ’，I口??·?··?··· ??··?·· · ·· 上
