摘要 以宁杞1号苗木为试验材料,采用开项式气室控制C02浓度,研究大气C02浓度倍增条件下 枸杞生物量、光合产物分配、蔗糖代谢相关酶和果实有效成分含量等的变化规律,分析C02浓度 倍增对光合产物分配与果实品质的影响,结果表明: 1、长期C02浓度倍增处理下,能显著促进枸杞叶生长,但对枸杞苗高、地径、新梢生长的 影响不显著;能增加枸杞根生物量而降低了枸杞叶片的生物量,光合产物主要分配到枸杞的地下 部分。 2、长期C02浓度倍增处理,能显著降低枸杞净光合速率、蒸腾速率,提高构杞叶片胞间C02 浓度、水分利用效率和气孔导度。 3、C02浓度倍增处理使枸杞根中蔗糖和淀粉含量有所增加,叶片中还原糖、蔗糖的含量以 及果实中还原糖、蔗糖、淀粉的含量显著降低,对枸杞茎中的各种糖含量没有显著性影响。说明 C02浓度倍增处理对枸杞叶片的转化酶活性具有一定的抑制作用。 4、长期C02浓度倍增处理降低枸杞果实多糖和总糖含量以及牛磺酸、黄酮、类胡萝卜素等 有效成分的含量,对枸杞果实品质有显著影响。 关键词:宁夏枸杞,C02浓度倍增,生物量,光合产物分配 Abstract Taking Lycium Barbarum Lseedlings as research material,and using open-top chamber to control C02 concentration,the paper studied the changes of the biomass,photosynthesis product allocation and sucrose-metabolizing enzymes in fruit of Lycium Barbarum to analyze photosynthesis product allocation,and content of effective components in Lycium Barbarum under doubled atmospheric C02 concentrations.The study results as follows: The leave growth of L.Barbarum was increased significantly under doubled atmospheric C02 concentration,but height growth,root-collar diameter,the length and diameter of new shots of L.Barbarum were slighfly increased,but no significant difference诵th control group.The treatment of doubled atmospheric C02 concentration increased the root biomass and reduced the leaf biomass in L.Barbarum,which maens mot photosynthesis product allocated to root. The doubled atmospheric C02 concentration treatments reduced net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of L.Barbarum si印ific柚tly,but increased intercellular C02 concentration,water Use efficiency and stomatal conductance. Doubled atmospheric C02 concentration treatment increased root of sucrose and starch content,but reduced the content of fructose in leaf,starch and SUcrOSe of the fruit significantly.Moreover,the treatment increased the content of starch in fruit significantly,no significant effect on the content of sugar in stem.The treatment of doubled atmospheric C02 concentration had an inhibition on invertase activities ofL.Barb
