促进城市移民子女融入城市文化的心理支持研究 中文摘要 I 促进城市移民子女融入城市文化的心理支持研究 ——以苏州市工业园区星港学校为例 中文摘要 移民子女是指不具有当地户籍的务工者的学龄子女。近几年来，我国社会变动中 城市化进程的快速发展，大批的移民子女或因老房拆迁，或因父母进城务工而来到城 市，引发出不少社会问题。本文综合运用文献研究法、问卷调查研究法等方法，在收 集关于移民子女文化融入理论与实践的文章基础上，结合当前初中生心理发展的状况 等具体情况，根据自己教育教学的实践来完成。 本研究旨在了解移民子女融入城市文化心理支持的现状，并从家庭因素、学校因 素、社会因素三个方面找出产生这些问题的原因，提出了解决移民子女心理支持的对 策和措施，建议重视构建和谐校园，创设校园心理支持环境；加强心理教育团队建设， 提高心育水平；家庭、学校、社会三结合，优化移民子女的心理支持环境；倡导合作 交流培养健全人格几个方面形成合力，让每个移民子女健康成长，这也是我们构建和 谐社会的需要。 关键词：城市移民子女 城市文化 心理支持 作 者：陆纪燕 指导教师：江 波 Abstract Exploration of Psychological Support for City Immigrant’s Children’s Integration of city culture II Exploration of Psychological Support for City Immigrant’s Children’s Integration of city culture ――Take Xinggang Middle School as an example Abstract Immigrant’s Children are school-age children whose parents don’t have the registered permanent residence. With the rapid development of urbanization in recent years, there are a large number of immigrant’s children, because of the old rooms rebuilt or because of parents coming to the city to work, giving rise to a lot of social problems. Questionnaire survey method and literature method are comprehensively adopted in this thesis. After gathering some essays and thesis of theory and practice of immigrant’s Children, then analyzing the psychological development states of middle school students, I completed this thesis according to my own teaching practice.
