主任与一般科任教师、城乡教师、教师学历、教师性别的差异等问题进行了讨论。 本文最后一部分根据中小学教师问题行为的基本特点及形成原因,提出了预防 与矫正教师问题行为的建议:第一,切实提高教师的职业素养:(1)加强教师自身 师德建设;(2)确立教育新理念,防止教师滥用权威;(3)强化法制宣传教育,增 强教师法制观念;(4)指导教师合理运用惩罚的策略;(5)改进教师的教育教学策 略;(6)重视教师心理保健;第二,改善教师的生存环境。 关键词: 中小学教师问题行为调查 中图分类号: G451. 2 ABSTRACT The problem behavior of teachers means teachers’improper or extremist educational behavior to students in process of teaching,which violates educational requirements and laws,affects students’health of body and mind,and even causes the severe hurts.The problem behavior of teachers has a lot of influence.Objectively it will affect the normal teaching orders and do harm to schools,families and the society. Subjectively it will affect students’own development of intellectual power,development of individuality and adaptation to the society,and also hinder their healthy growth.In recent years,there is more and more problem behavior of teachers in some primary and middle schools.It has done harm to teachers’image.Hence,it is really significant to strengthen the study of the problem behavior of teachers.But,it is a weak link because the expressive forms,causes and causalities of problem behavior are rather complex, Most of the study is limited to the theoretical description and short of the substantial evidence.The study tries to explore the basic features of teachers from the primary and middle schools in the background of the present society in the combined form of question-and.answer investigation to some teachers and theoretical analysis,and it also supplies the reference proofs for preventing and correcting the problem behavior of teachers. The essay discusses the basic features of the problem behavior of teachers from the primary and middle schools through teachers’behavior of indifference,favorite, suppression,physical punishment and disguised physical punishment.The four kinds of the problem behavior of teachers will be reflected by the test papers of cogitation and behavior intention.The investigation papers are
