蒸发量4t/h锅炉烟气湿法脱硫除尘系统用板式塔设计 摘 要 板式塔除尘法是目前常用的除尘方法之一， 该方法用水量小，含尘废水经沉淀处理后循环使用不外排，对废气中的SO2 有一定去除作用。在本设计中，先进行了设计方案拟定，然后进行了塔的结构设计。结构设计包括主体结构设计、塔内件设计、塔附件设计。在塔结构设计的同时进行了工艺计算和工艺校核。最后进行了塔的强度校核和稳定性分析。在设计的同时还进行的装配图和非标准零件图的绘制。 在进行板式塔设计时，塔内件设计是最重要的，它关系到整个设计是否满足工艺要求。在设计时，裙座的设计同样非常重要，裙座对整个塔体而言是个至关重要的部件，支撑整个塔体，如它破坏将直接影响板式塔的使用。 在进行塔内件设计时，理论塔板数的求取参考了填料塔设计时传质单元数的求取方法，采用这种方法无需考虑精馏段和提留段，从而使理论塔板数的计算更简单。 关键词 工艺计算；塔内件；塔附件；强度校核；稳定性分析 Tray Columns Design of Evaporation 4t / h boiler wet FGD dust removal system ABSTRACT The tray column dust removal method is one of the most commonly used methods in current. In this method we need small amount of water, and wastewater with precipitation is recyclable after treated, and it also can remove SO2 in the flue gas in a certain role. In this design, the first thing is to carried out the design programming, and then design the structural of the tower. The structural design of the tower includes the body structure design, tower internals design, tower accessories design. The structural design of the tower also need carried out technical calculation and make process checking. Finally, we need make strength check and stability analysis for the tower. When we make the plate tower design, tower internals design is the most important, it relates to the all designs meets the process requirements or not. At the same time, the design of the skirt of the tower is also very important, as to the skirt of the column is a critical component of the entire tower .If the tower is damaged, it directly affects to the use of the plate column. During the internals design of the column, number of theoretical plates calculated method reference to the method in calculating the number of transfer units of a packed tower, using this method does not consider the rectifying section and the set-aside period, so that it makes the calculation of the number of theoretical plates more simple.
