区域数字图书馆---高校数字图书馆的发展模式探讨 欧阳美林（馆员 广州：华南师范大学图书馆 510631） [摘要]区域性数字图书馆是我国数字图书馆发展的又一新台阶，目前北京、上海、等地高校相继启动了此项工程的建设。本文从实际出发，着重从建设原则、技术框架、主体内容、管理办法及实施步骤四个层面对高校数字图书馆的发展进行了综述。 [关键词]数字图书馆 数字图书馆 高等学校 Regional digital library—the discuss of high school digital library construction and information service mode Our Yang Mei Lin Library Of South chain normal university Guangzhou 510631 china Regional digital library is a new step of the development of our nation’s digital library, now this project is being constructing in many high schools of Beijing、ShangHai and so on. On the base of high school digital library practice in GuangDong province, This paper summarizes the development of high school digital library from the following four facets: Constructing rules、technique frame、main content、managements and implementing process。 This paper put forward five Constructing rules: insisting on the leadership of the Education Ministry、the frame of center web-branch center－member library、 The scheme of distributing resource storage technology、highlighting high school’s educational feature、unifying metadata standard---paying attention to the future development。 This paper conceives a kind of technology frame：on the base of a basic application flat, holding out the process from the establishment of digital resource to digital resource service。 The main content of constructing includes: constructing the united resource catalog database of all the high schools in whole province、carrying out united stock system、 Constructing characteristic resource database in cooperation、founding standard digital resource system 、and some others ,such as effective digital resource management system、effective digital resource information service system、advanced public web.
