PHILOSOPHY 原则 This procedure provides guidelines that will insure the proper use of temporary connections. Temporary connections are an important part of the daily plant operations. Procedures are essential in order to prevent injury of personnel and/or damage to equipment. Contamination of a feed system, additive system, or a utility system could cause equipment damage or personnel injury through over-pressurizing of lines and/or cross contamination of products. The instruction also requires the development and use of system sketches and tie-in procedures for these temporary revisions to piping and equipment. These sketches, tie-in procedures, and approvals are necessary to properly plan temporary connections to existing facilities.
