摘要“以人为本”管理上存在的问题,从薪酬制度、用人机制、授权、培训、与员工的沟通等方面提出了酒店管理强化“以人为本”的对策,并浅谈了怎样将“以人为本”贯彻到酒店的人性化管理中,最后展示了“以人为本”的管理理念在酒店管理中的发展趋势。 关键词Abstract:This article elaborates the management concept “people-oriented”, which is very important in hotel management. At first, it presents the meaning of this concept in the hotel management.
