3. 工艺冷却水系统控制（process cooling water system）：(SH125-08105)
3.1 概述 DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES
系统组成：工艺冷却水泵2台（一用一备），板式换热器2台（一用一备），定压给水泵2台；管道系统。
Systerm consruction: 2 set of process cooling water supply pumps(1 use,1 standby),2 set of plate exchanger(1 use,1 standby), 1 set of pressure water supply tank, 2 set of pressure water supply pumps ,pipe system(1 use,1 standby).
3.2 系统控制调节 System control adjustment
3.2.1. 工艺冷却水泵的控制和调节
control and adjustment of process cooling water supply pumps：
泵的运行 Operation of pump １２５ Ｐ ０３ ０１
Selection “AUTO” and “PRIORITY” 选择“自动”和“优先”
Selection “Manual” and Push Button “ON”选择“手动”和按下按钮“启动”
Pump STOPPED 停止泵
- Overload fault.过载故障
- - Selection “manual” and push button “OFF”.选择“手动”和按下按钮“停止“
- PSLL １０５ ０2 The pressure of outlet of pressure water supply pumps is very very low, P=0.10MPa 定压给水泵的出口压力超低。

Selection in “AUTO” and “STAND-BY” 选择“自动“和”备用“
Overload of fault in service 运行过程中过载故障

3.2.2 定压给水泵的控制 pressure water supply pumps control
3.2.2.1 泵的运行 Operation of pump
下列情况泵停止运行：—过载故障:
—泵入口压力低低低or P=0.10MPa，PSLL105.01；
—现场开关设置到关的状态导致泵停止。
In Following cases, Pumps will be stoped:
— Overload fault .
—The pressure of inlet of pressure water supply pumps is very very low, P=0.10MPa，PSLL 105.01。
—Or manual operation (switch from “AUTO” to “manual” and press “OFF” button).
下列情况，备用泵自动启动：
当泵处于“自动”且“备用”状态时，下列条件下泵可自动启动：
—运行泵过载；
当备用泵处于手动状态且定压给水泵的压力低P=0.15MPa(PSL105.02)时
—按下“启动”按钮，手动开启备用泵。
注：备用泵与运行泵运行条件一样。
The situations to cause auto-start of standby pump are as follow:
When Standby pump is in “AUTO” and “standby” status ， can be started automatically by following condition.
—Overload fault of operation pump
When Standby pump is in “Manu” status and pressure of outlet of pressure water supply pumps is low P=0.15MPa (PSL103.02),
—press “on” button, start standby pump manually.
