60．90％，症状性癫痫占39．1 0％。患者文化程度以小学和初中居多，分别占 39．40％和32．84％。大部分患者未进行正规治疗，治疗缺ISl为54％。患者对 治疗的期望值较高，有63．87％的患者希望治愈。 结论 1．山东省癫痫患病率为1．33％。；癫痫发病率为1 8．69／1 0万；癫痫发作 类型以全面性发作为主；癫痫发病以特发性癫痫为主，症状性癫痫的病因以 脑炎为主。 2．癫痫患者首次发病年龄主要在儿童，癫痫治疗缺口为54％。 关键词：癫痫；流行病学；患病率；治疗 INVESTIGATION ON THE EPIDEMIOLoGY oF EPILEPSY IN SHANDoNG PROVINCE Postgraduate： Guo Minghua Maj or ： Geriatrics Supervisor：Professor Zhang Jingjun ABSTRACT Objective Epilepsy is a chronic disease of the nervous system，that not only cause a lot of harm to the patient’S physical and mental health，but also give huge burdens on family and society．To ascertain the epidemiological chracteristics of epilepsy in Shandong province and to assist in planning health services for people with epilepsy in this ethnic minority，the investigation of epilepsy in Shangdong province was done． Methods The whole study，which surveyed on epilepsy in Shangdong province，used the method of stratified random cluster sampling and door—to-door survey．The investigation of epilepsy which was based on the WHO questionnaire and ICBERG screening questionnaire used in China，was carefully designed by the expert team．This investigation included the questionnaire of informed consent， the questionnaire of the base，the questionnaire of patients with epilepsy．The questionnaires of patients，including information about diseases in patients with epilepsy，epilepsy treatment history and recently treatment，were separated into 2 parts and contained 28 questions．Survey covered the life-time prevalence， incidence，the age of first seizure occurrence，the type of epilepsy，causes，the situations of epilepsy family and the treatment of patients． Results A total of 25 1 492 people were investigated and 3 3 5 people were diagnosed as epilepsy，with the life．time prevalence of epilepsy was 1．33％o(1．35960 for maleS，1．3 1％o for females，no difference found between males and females,P0．05；1．39％o for rural areas，1．20％0 for urban，no difference found between rural areas and urban，P0．05)．In the 1 7
