天津市金融支持产业结构调整的研究.pdf

摘要 金融是现代经济的核心，是资金盈余部门向短缺部门转化的主要渠道。资 金是保证产业结构调整、促进产业结构升级的直接推动力，无论是改善产业间 的比例，还是提高产业结构的质量，都离不开资金的支持，即产业结构调整离 不开金融的支持。现阶段，我国各区域各省市经济发展存在显著差异性，研究 各省市金融发展和产业结构调整的关系成为我国当前各地区的重要课题。天津 是我国北方经济中心、金融创新改革试点，研究其金融支持产业结构调整具有 重大的理论意义和实践意义。 本文采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法，首先概述金融发展相关理论 和产业结构调整相关理论，并在此基础上进一步阐述金融支持的作用机理：然 后分析天津市金融支持产业结构调整的现状。说明天津市在金融支持和产业结 构调整方面存在的问题：进而对天津市金融支持与产业结构调整之间的相互关 系进行实证研究；最后结合理论和实证分析结果，借鉴国内外金融支持产业结 构调整的经验，本文提出了天津市金融支持产业结构调整的对策建议：加强商 业银行对各产业的服务效率：增强资本市场对各产业的服务范围；加大政策性 金融配合产业结构调整的力度；完善金融市场体系建设。以期能为天津市金融 支持产业结构调整优化提供参考。 关键词：金融支持；产业结构；实证分析；直接融资；间接融资 Abstract As the core of modem economy,finance is a primary channel to transfer capital from departments with surplus funds to those difficult to access them．Capital gives a direct impetus to restructuring and upgrading of industrial structure．Financial support plays an essential role in improving proportion and quality in industrial structure，i．e．， industrial restructuring depends on the support of finance．At present，study on the relationship between financial development and industrial restructuring in China’s cities and provinces becomes a principle subject due to the significant differences in economic development of different regions．Tianjin is an economic center in northern China and an experimental unit of financial innovation and reform．Therefore，study on the supportive role of finance in industrial restructuring in Tianjin has both theoretical and practical significance． By combining the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis，the thesis firstly gives an overview of relative theories of financial development and industrial restructuring；and on this basis，it further expounds the action mechanism of fmancial support．Then it analyzes the current situation of finance supporting industrial restructuring in Tianjin and presents problems existed in terms of financial support and industrial restructuring，which leads to the empirical study on the interrelation between financial support and industrial restructuring．Finall
