提供全套，各专业毕业设计 JIANGXI AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY 本 科 毕 业 设 计 菡碧轩 学 院： 园林与艺术学院 姓 名： 夏传宇 学 号： 专 业： 环境艺术设计 年 级： 2010级1班 指导教师： 李田 职 称：讲师 二零一四 年 五月 摘要 中式餐厅设计是室内设计的重要组成部分。近年来，伴随着国家社会经济的巨大进步和人民物质生活水平的不断提高，人们已经不再满足于过去简单的解决温饱问题的现状，而对餐厅的装修、环境、服务和设计等方面的要求逐渐提高。尤其是在室内设计方面，在我国文化多元化和西方文化的影响下，我国的中式餐厅室内设计风格也逐渐朝着多元化的方向发展，各种风格的中式餐厅也呈现在大众眼前，传统风格、现代风格、中西文化结合风格等，众多的室内设计方式琳琅满目。现代中式餐厅的室内设计在追求创新、个性化的同时，也出现了一些设计误区，如过度装饰、片面追求个性化，盲目复古的现象等。我们应从项目的合理化出发，深入探寻中式餐厅的艺术特色，创造出既具有中国文化底蕴，又符合现代审美观的中式餐厅的室内设计。在现代室内设计理念的介入下，传统的装饰语素也发生的较大的变革，中式餐厅的装饰语意日益丰富。中式餐厅的室内设计表现方式上，对传统的构件、图案、色彩等装饰元素进行简洁化的凝练，使其在具有时尚造型的同时，传达出中国传统元素的装饰语意，不失中国传统符号和审美。伴随着专业化和系统化设计水平的提高，现代中式餐厅的室内空间设计注重层次感的变化，在空间形态的营造、材料质感、灯光照明以及景观绿化的细节处理上得到进一步加强。现代中式餐厅设计在迎合现代人的审美取向、价值观取向的同时，也在引领着同行餐饮环境设计的发展。 关键词：中式餐厅 室内实际 餐饮文化 Abstract The Chinese restaurant design is an important part of interior design. In recent years, with the country the great progress of social economy and peoples material life level unceasing enhancement, people no longer content with simple present situation, to solve the problem of food and clothing of the past for the restaurants decoration, the environment, service and design requirements gradually improve. Especially in the aspect of interior design, cultural diversity and under the influence of western culture in our country, our countrys Chinese restaurant interior design style also gradually toward diversified development, various styles of Chinese style dining-room also appear in front of the public, traditional style, modern style, combining style between Chinese and western culture, etc., many interior design style full of beautiful things in eyes.
