工人的 评估细则 detailed rules of the evaluation for workers 根据公司的要求,现将评估项目定为六项,考核办法如下: According to the request of the company, now we divide the evaluation items into six items. Each item is worthy of 25 scores and total is 150 scores, The method of the evaluation is below: 一,出勤率(25分) (月末依据考勤情况进行评估 〕 First: The rate of the attendance (evaluating by according to the workers attendance at the end of the month) Absence will be deducted scores(including private affair leave, but sick leave must be supported an effective certification). 缺席将被扣分。(事假被视为缺席, 但病假需提供有效证明)。 Absence half day will be deducted 0.5score, absence one day will be deducted 1.0 score. Overtime won’t be deducted any score on Saturday and Sunday if one worker want to ask for leave .There are total five scores in each week. 缺席半天将被扣除0.5分,一天将被扣除1.0分。在双休日加班如缺席将不扣分。每星期总共有五分。 Being late and leaving early are both deducted relevant score every time according to the company policy including absent from work 迟到、早退根据公司的规章制度每次扣相应的分数包括旷工。 二,工作效率(25) (月末依据生产统计进行评估〕 Second: work efficiency (evaluating by according to the production Stat. at the end of the month 当日产量达成率低于90%的,每次扣2分。 When the output is under 90% in the current day, the worker is to be deducted two scores 若有返工或客诉的,每次扣2分。 if some one does poorly done work over again or be charged by the clients, he will be deducted two scores. The recruitments will be accepted department manager’s evaluation within three months. 新员工三个月内将接受部门经理的定额考核 三,专注度(25分) (每日抽查评估〕 Third: concentration degree (selective examination evaluation every day) 工作时间闲谈与工作无关的,发现一次扣1分。 if the workers are found talking about something having no touch with the working during the working , he will be deducted one score 注意力不集中导致生产不良品的,发现一次扣1分。 if the worker is found not concentrating on working and resulting to the bad product, he will be deducted one score 工作不认真的将根据员工手册扣分(No.9 to No.13;
