新生代农民工幸福感现状调查和对策研究——以广东省惠州市为例.pdf

摘要 摘 要 新时期，党和国家以社会和谐、人民幸福作为执政理念，把一切为了人民 的幸福作为我们党和政府始终坚持不渝的奋斗目标。新生代农民工是我国人民 的重要组成部分，其幸福感是衡量社会是否和谐的重要“晴雨表”，是幸福城市建 设的重要内容。 本文在理清农民工、新生代农民工、幸福感等概念的基础上，通过两代农 民工的比较，分析新生代农民工的基本特征、地位及影响其幸福感的衡量指标。 以问卷调查和访谈的方法对广东省惠州市新生代农民工的生活状况、工作状况 和其幸福感进行调查，对已有的新生代农民工幸福感的调查报告和本文的实地 调查结果进行印证，从反映不同幸福侧面的工作状况、生活状况、权益与社会 保障、自身发展、人际关系、社会整合、幸福感状况等七个维度深入分析影响 新生代农民工幸福感的主要因素，从政府、用人单位、个体、社会四个方面提 出对策，协同提高新生代农民工幸福感。政府公共政策上要积极推进户籍制度 改革，有序推进农业转移人口市民化；改善居住条件，完善新生代农民工住房 保障体系；搭建公平的就业平台，促进就业服务均等化；加强职业教育，创新 职业教育培训方式提高新生代农民工幸福感。用工单位方面要加强人文关怀， 改善用工环境；强化企业社会责任，积极落实国家政策；关怀员工职业成长， 实现劳资双方共赢。新生代农民工个人要做好职业规划，提高自身素质；主动 了解政策，积极参与活动；增强心理素养，扩大社交圈子。社会各方面要减少 社会排斥，帮助新生代农民工加速融入城市；加强组织建设，保障新生代农民 工合法权益；和谐家庭氛围，满足新生代农民工情感支持，在多方合力之下， 共同帮助新生代农民工提高幸福感。 关键词:新生代农民工；幸福感；现状；对策 I Abstract ABSTRACT In the new period, the Party and the government regard social harmony and people’s happiness as the rule concept, and fight for the people’s happiness persistently. The new generation of migrant workers is an important part of our people, whose happiness is a key criterion to evaluate the social harmony and a significant part of the establishment of a happy city. This paper is based on the clarifying the concept of the migrant works, the new generation of migrant workers and happiness to analysis of the basic characteristics and the status of the migrant workers as well as the factors influencing of their happiness. this paper will investigate the life conditions, working conditions and feeling of happiness of the new generation of the migrate workers in Huizhou City of Guangdong Province by the method of questionnaire investigation and interview, and try to confirm the existing surveys on the feeling of the new generation migrate workers and to back up the survey findings of this paper. Compared with the investigation re
