This thesis researches around the retention of the talented for the state—owned enterprises.the author set forth the exposition following the sequence of raising the problem,analyzing the problem and solving the problem.At the beginning,the meaning of and relations between“the flowing of the talented’’and“the excessive flowing out of the talented”are made clear.Then.ther-一 present serious situation of the flowing out of the talented from the state。owned enterprises iS stated.From the angle of the human resources management。the author expound the causes that Iead to the phenomenon.Through the theory of human resources accounting,the theory of utility and the hidden cost,the inftuences of the phenomenon upon the state-owned enterprises are analyzed.
