GENERAL
概述
All materials and workmanship shall be of the respective kinds and qualities listed in these specifications and Contract drawings and in accordance with ACT-OGs instructions and subjected to inspections and tests at the places of manufacture and/or construction as required herein.
所有的材料和工艺必须按各自的种类和质量按照业主的规格书和合同图纸的要求详细列出。如有需要应在制造或建造地点进行检验和测试。
CONTRACTOR shall provide at CONTRACTORs expense all inspections (N.D.T., dimensional checks, etc.), using properly qualified inspectors. ACT-OG reserves the right to remove individual inspectors.
承包商应指派合适的质量检察员，同时所有检查费用由承包商承担。业主有权利开除个别检查员。
All work not meeting specified quality standards because of defects in workmanship or materials furnished by CONTRACTOR shall be repaired or replaced to ACT-OGs satisfaction by CONTRACTOR at CONTRACTORs expense with no schedule delays.
所有由于承包商工艺和材料供应的问题而导致的不达标工作应立即进行返修，或者承包商承担令业主满意的赔偿。
During the progress of the Work, ACT-OG may instruct CONTRACTOR to:

Remove from CONTRACTORs or subcontractors yard materials and equipment that are not appropriate for the Work, and replace items removed with appropriate materials and equipment.
从承包商或分包商场地中淘汰下来的材料和设备不能再用于施工，替代品必须合适。
