31．9VLCC曲型分段控制流程The typical block control process of 319K VLCC 胎架管理The first chapter: Jig management.由于之前的胎架损坏和缺失的较为严重，直接影响曲型分段的精度，所以目前首先对所有缺失和损坏的胎架进行跟换。在分段和旁板上胎前必须对胎架进行调整，精度检查合格后上板。Because of the damage and the loss of the jig, it directly affected the precision of the curve segments, so we firstly changed the damaged jig. The jig must be adjusted and checked by the precision control department before the block and the side panel get on the jig.二．拼板划线The second chapter: The spell scribing第一张主板的定位方法：1. The ground marking must ensure the appearance size in the theoretical data range, at the same time, the inspection line is needed to ensure the outer plate alignment and the groove dimension.2.必须进行基准线施工（147/150mmM.K）,对于合拢时的肋检线等须敲上相关的洋冲。2.
