运枕门吊操作说明 Operation Instruction of MD8 Gantry Crane 准备工作 I. Preparations 柴油机启动前所有控制开关应处于初始状态，即空气开关为断开位置,功能开关和控制开关处于＂停止＂或＂关＂位置,急停开关为停止(按下)位置,柴油机钥匙开关为OFF位置. Before the diesel engine starts, all the control switches should be kept in INITIATION state which means: Air Switch – OFF, Function Switch Control Switch – STOP or OFF, Emergency Stop Switch – STOP (KNOB DOWN Position), Key Switch of Diesel engine – OFF. 柴油机启停 II. Start Stop of Diesel Engine 1．柴油机启动 1. Start Diesel Engine 顺时针旋动急停按钮，该按钮即弹起。将钥匙开关由OFF位置顺时针旋至ON后，继续旋至START，待柴油机启动后松开。 Clockwise rotate the EMERGENCY STOP button until it bounces up. Rotate the KEY SWITCH from OFF, passing ON, until to the position of START, and loose the switch until the engine has been started. 注：启动时间不宜超过5秒，重复启动间隔时间大于1分钟。 Attention: The starting time should be no more than 5 seconds, the time span for the next restart should be longer than 1 minute. 2．柴油机停止 2. Stop Diesel Engine 将钥匙开关由START位置逆时针旋至OFF，柴油机即可慢慢停止，按下急停按钮。 Turn the Key Switch anticlockwise from the START position to OFF, the diesel engine will stop gradually. Afterwards knob down the EMERGENCY STOP button. 柴油发电机启停 III. Start Stop of the Generator 柴油发电机启动 1.
