Following cases may be helpful for us to understand this objective fact. 1.2 What we must do and what we can do? 1 The first thing is to determine the time resolution and synchronous precision. The clock accuracy needed depends on the application system. For instance, schooltime difference in a few minutes is acceptable for students.
