作业条件?process?condition 墙面应基本干燥，基层含水率不大于10%。?? Process: clean the wall→repair wall→puttying→painting 2.清理墙面：将墙面起皮及松动处清除干净，并用水泥砂浆补抹，将残留灰渣铲干净，然后将墙面扫净。??Shovel the painting which is going to be peel off, and clean. Wall plastering if it’s necessary, then clean it. 3.修补墙面：用腻子将墙面磕碰处及坑洼缝隙等处找平，干燥后用砂纸凸出处磨掉，将浮尘扫净。??Wall repair: if the putty had been peeled off, so use new putty to refill again, as smooth as possible. Use sandpaper to polish after dry. 4.刮腻子：刮腻子遍数可由墙面平整程度决定，一般情况为两遍，第一遍用刮板刮平。干燥后磨砂纸，将浮腻子及斑迹磨光，再将墙面清扫干净。第二遍相同做法，干燥后砂纸磨平并清扫干净。腻子粉和水的比例为3:1，当然，施工人员可根据经验和具体实际情况来处理。腻子层干固一般需要4小时，视具体环境湿度不同而不同。Puttying: the puttying times is according to the smoothness of the wall, normally it’s 2 times.
