Secondly the article has a depth discussion on reverse logistics issues in green logistics area. And then it compares the different models of reverse logistics. By comparing our existing implementation of different reverse logistics models it found that third-party reverse logistics model has unique advantages and significance on Chinas Manufacturing enterprises. Next, the article clarified the construction of a third-party reverse logistics model’s feasibility and necessity. The conclusion is that Third-party reverse logistics model not only solved the reverse logistics of incompatibilities and waste etc in the past, but also reduce the costs and enhance competitive in reverse logistics procession. Finally, this paper analyzes the participants of third-party reverse logistics model and their mutual relationships. In order to further verify the feasibility of third-party reverse logistics model, this article established a game model of the government and Manufacturing enterprises and a third-party reverse logistics enterprises and Manufacturing enterprises game models. Through the game models, they give a effective measure to solve the problems which may happen in Third Party Reverse Logistics Operation. In the end this paper concludes that third-party reverse
