依达拉奉联合醒脑静治疗急性脑梗死的效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：为有效提高急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果，临床探究醒脑静与依达拉奉联合用药的效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2014年 　　9月-2015年7月收治的急性脑梗死患者100例，根据入院时间将其分为研究组和对照组，每组50例。所有患者予以颅内压降低、脱水、脑细胞营养、抗感染等基础治疗，研究组予以醒脑静与依达拉奉联合治疗，对照组仅进行醒脑静疗法，比较两组患者的临床疗效，记录治疗前后患者日常生活活动恢复情况以及神经功能恢复情况。结果：研究组的临床总有效率为84.0%，明显高于对照组的50.0%，差异有统计学意义（字2=8.73，P0.01）。研究组治疗后的Barthel指数评分和NIHSS评分均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：急性脑梗死患者进行醒脑静联合依达拉奉法治疗，能够显著改善患者的神经功能缺损程度，逐步恢复其日常生活能力，临床效果满意，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 临床观察； 日常生活能力； 急性脑梗死； 醒脑静； 依达拉奉 　　中图分类号 R743.33 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）12-0016-02 　　Curative Effect Observation of Edaravone Combined with Xingnaojing Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction/LUO Yong-biao.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（12）：16-17 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction （ACI），in order to effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method：One hundred ACI patients in our hospital from September 2014 to July 2015 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the time of admission，50 cases each group.Both of groups adopted the conventional therapy like blood pressure control，anti-infection therapy，dehydration，nutrition of brain cell，reduction of intracranial pressure，etc.On the basis，the study group also adopted Xingnaojing injection combined with Edaravone，the control group only adopted Xingnaojing injection.After 2 weeks of treatment，the clinical effect was observed，the Barthel index score and NIHSS score between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result：The total clinical effective rate of the study group（84.0%） was significantly higher than 50.0% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（字2=8.73，P0.01）.After treatment，the Barthel index score and NIHSS score of the study group were significantly better than those of control group，the differ
