前牙区骨劈开同期种植修复1年后软组织美学效果评价 【摘要】 目的：评价上颌前牙区行骨劈开术后，同期植入种植体修复1年后的软组织美学效果。方法：收集上颌前牙区牙列缺损伴牙槽骨水平宽度不足的患者14例，采用骨劈开术同期植入17枚种植体，术后6个月行二期手术并完成修复。采用粉红美学评分（Pink Esthetic Score，PES）对种植义齿周围软组织状况进行计分，评估修复1年后的种植成功率和软组织美学效果。结果：种植修复1年后的成功率为94.12%（16/17），1例出现唇侧种植体颈部暴露导致修复失败。PES得分最高为14，最低为6，均值为（10.41±2.09）。近中牙乳头和软组织形态的平均得分最低，分别为（1.17±0.86）和（1.17±0.73）。软组织质地的平均得分最高，为（1.88±0.33）。结论：骨劈开术能有效增加骨量，在软组织美学上基本达到满意的效果。 【关键词】 骨劈开； 种植义齿； 软组织； 粉红美学评分 【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the soft tissue esthetic effect after the bone splitting technique used for implant placement in maxillary anterior region after one year of restoration.Method：14 maxillary anterior teeth area dentition defect patients with inadequate alveolar bone width were collected.17 implants were placed by the bone splitting technique.After 6 months of surgery，secondary surgery was performed and the restoration was completed.The condition of tissue around after implant denture was used the Pink Esthetic Score（PES） standard to count scores，the planting success rate and aesthetic effects were evaluated after one year of restoration.Result：After one year of restoration，the success rate of implant restorations was 94.12%（16/17），1 case appeared the exposure of lip side neck of implant，which leaded to failure of repair.The highest score of PES was 14 and the lowest was 6，the mean PES was （10.41±2.09）.The lowest average scores were mesial papilla and the soft tissue contour，which were （1.17±0.86） and （1.17±0.73）.The highest average score was soft tissue texture，which was （1.88±0.33）.Conclusion：The application of bone splitting can effectively increase the bone mass，it can achieve satisfactory results in the soft tissue aesthetics. 【Key words】 Bone splitting； Implant denture； Soft tissue； Pink Esthetic Score First-author’s address：The Affiliated Dental Hospital of Luzhou Medical College，Luzhou 646000，China doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.32.044 前牙缺失的患者，唇侧骨板因其特殊的解剖形态常常较为菲薄，而外伤或炎症常导致唇侧骨板的缺失，拔牙后牙槽骨吸收迅速也可造成种植骨量不足，给常规种植带来困难。近年来，临床上越来越广泛地采用骨劈开技术
