医生人文品质的现状调查及分析研究 　　[摘要] 目的 了解吉林市医生人文品质现状，并对其影响因素进行分析，为推动吉林市医学人文发展、构建“绿色医疗”体系及和谐医患关系提供支持。 方法 2014年6～12月选取吉林市8所综合性医院774名临床医生作为调查对象，运用问卷调查法进行资料收集，问卷由一般资料问卷及医生人文品质评价量表两部分内容组成。对医生人文品质进行评分并分析相关影响因素。 结果 吉林市医生人文品质总得分率为75.3%。不同的技术职称、职务类别、组织关切度、职业压力及人文教育持续性对医生人文品质得分存在影响，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。多元线性回归分析结果显示，组织关切度、职业压力及人文教育持续性为影响医生人文品质的主要因素（P 0.01）。结论 吉林市医生人文品质处于中等偏下水平（80%），组织关切度、职业压力及人文教育持续性是其主要影响因素。 　　[关键词] 医生；人文品质；现状调查 　　[中图分类号] R-052 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）02（b）-0051-04 　　Status investigation and analysis of doctors humanistic quality 　　XIONG Wei GUO Min 　　The Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Medical University， Jilin Province， Jilin 132013， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the status of doctors humanistic quality in Jilin City， analyze the influencing factors， in order to provide medical support for promoting human development， building green medicine system and harmonious doctor-patient relationship in Jilin City. Methods 774 clinicians in 8 general hospitals of Jilin City were enrolled for survey from June to December 2014. Questionnaire was used for information collection. The questionnaire included two parts of general information questionnaire and doctors humanistic quality assessment scale. Humanities quality of doctors was scored and the related factors were evaluated. Results The scoring rate of doctors humanities quality in Jilin City was 75.3%. Different titles， job category， concerns of organization， occupational stress and humanities education continuity had influence for doctors humanities quality score， with statistically significant differences （P 0.05）. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that concerns of organization， occupational stress and humanities education continuity were the main factors affecting the doctors humanistic quality （P 0.01）.
