参附注射液对含奥沙利铂方案化疗引起的周围神经毒性的预防作用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨参附注射液对含奥沙利铂方案化疗引起的周围神经毒性的预防作用。方法：选取本院2014年6月-2015年7月期间收治的胃肠肿瘤患者80例，随机平均分为观察组和常规组，每组40例。常规组采用含奥沙利铂方案化疗，观察组在常规组的基础上加用参附注射液，化疗4周后观察两组患者周围神经毒性的变化情况。结果：观察组40例患者中，0级23例（57.5%），1级14例（35.0%），2级3例（7.5%），3级0例，4级0例，周围神经毒性总发生率为42.5%；常规组40例患者中，0级9例（22.5%），1级19例（47.5%），2级8例（20.0%），3级4例（10.0%），4级0例，周围神经毒性总发生率为77.5%，观察组的总发生率明显低于常规组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：使用参附注射液能够有效预防含奥沙利铂化疗方案所引起的周围神经毒性反应，改善患者的身体状况，减轻患者对化疗产生的不耐受反应，提高患者的生活质量，有着积极的推广价值。 　　【关键词】 参附注射液； 奥沙利铂； 周围神经毒性 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the preventive effect of Shenfu injection on chemotherapy with Oxaliplatin induced peripheral neurotoxicity. Method： 80 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the routine treatment group in our hospital from June 2014 to July 2015，40 cases in each group.The routine treatment group was treated with containing Oxaliplatin chemotherapy， the observation group was given Shenfu injection on the basis of the control group， two groups of patients peripheral neurotoxicity condition were observed after four weeks of chemotherapy.Result：In the observation group，23 cases were in 0 level（57.5%）， 14 cases were in 1 level（35.0%），3 cases were in 2 level（7.5%）， no cases were in level 3 and level 4，and the incidence of peripheral nerve toxicity of the total was 42.5%.In the routine group，9 cases were in 0 level（22.5%），19 cases were in 1 level（47.5%），8 cases were in 2 level（20.0%），4 cases were in 3 level（10.0%），no cases were in level 4，and the incidence of peripheral nerve toxicity of the total was 77.5%， the total incidence of peripheral nerve toxicity of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the routine group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Shenfu injection can effectively prevent the peripheral neurotoxicity caused by the Oxaliplatin chemotherapy， it can improve patient’s physical condition，reduce patient’s tolerance to chemotherapy，improve patient’s qu
