摘要
面临资源枯竭、环境污染等越来越严峻的形式,对于发动机的性能和排放提出了更加严格的要求。增压技术的出现无疑给发动机行业尤其是柴油机行业带来了新的希望。然而,随着增压压比的提高,存在低速扭矩不足、响应性差等缺点,而且排放指标的恶化,同时涡轮增压器本身的性能及可靠性也制约着涡轮增压技术的发展。可变喷嘴涡轮增压和废气再循环技术的出现便具有了其重要的研究意义。
本课题主要围绕现阶段涡轮增压的类型、特点,对比探究可变喷嘴增压器(VNT)和废气再循环(EGR)对柴油机性能的改变。掌握与可变喷嘴涡轮增压器(VNT)和废气再循环(EGR)相关的内容,并利用GT-power软件建立可变喷嘴涡轮增压(VNT)与废气再循环(EGR)发动机模型。利用所建立的发动机模型研究外特性下各个转速时不同VNT叶片位置对发动机动力性和经济性的影响以及EGR率对柴油机进气状况和性能的影响规律,确定各个工况点下VNT开度和EGR率的相互影响关系,从而综合提高发动机的性能。
分析结果表明:VNT增压器可增大柴油机的低速扭矩,并改善柴油机的经济性,扩大低油耗区的工作范围。EGR系统能很好的降低再循环废气的温度,EGR系统与VNT增压器匹配能够增大EGR率的范围。

Abstract
Facing the more and more severe situation on resource depletion and environmental pollution, there are more and more strict requirements for engine performance and emissions. It is undoubtedly that the emergence of engine supercharger technology has brought new hope for engine industry, especially diesel engine industry. However, along with the more and more high boost pressure ratio, there are some disadvantages such as low-speed torque deficiencies, poor responsiveness and the deterioration of emission targets, at the same time, the performance and reliability of turbochargers also constraint the development of turbocharging technology. The emergence of variable nozzle turbocharger (VNT) and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) technology will have its essential significance.
This topic mainly around the types and characteristics of turbocharging for the present stage, it is important to compare and explore the variable nozzle turbocharger (VNT) and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) on diesel engine performance change.
