复苏后体外培养时间对冻-融胚胎移植结局的影响 范晓玲1 胡蓉2 宁夏医科大学，银川 750004；2.宁夏医科大学总院生殖医学中心，银川 750004） 【摘要】目的：探讨胚胎冷冻-复苏后体外培养时间对移植结局的影响。方法：回顾性分析本生殖中心2009.01-2011.12 行FET助孕治疗的264对夫妇337个周期资料，根据复苏后体外培养时间不同分为短时培养（1-3h）和过夜培养组（16-20h），分别比较各组患者一般情况、临床妊娠率、种植率、流产率、多胎率，活产率有无差异。结果：2组间患者一般情况、临床妊娠率、种植率、多胎率、活产率、流产率差别均无统计学意义（p0.05）。结论：冷冻胚胎复苏后短时培养和过夜培养对FET移植结局影响无差别，冷冻前高质量胚胎可获好的FET移植及妊娠结局。 【关键词】 冻融胚胎移植 复苏后培养 临床妊娠率 着床率 流产率 Influnence of post-thawed culture period on the outcome of frozen-thawed embryos transfer 【 Abstract 】Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the influnence of post-thaw culture period on the outcome of frozen-thawed embryos transfer. Methods: In this retrospective evaluation, that spanned a 2-year period(2011.01-2012.12),a total of 264 patients were undergoing the FET treatment,and 337cycles were divided into two study groups,depending on their post-thawed cultuer period:short cultrue (1-3h) group and long culture (throughnight:16-20h) group,groups were compared regarding clinical pregnency rate,implantation rate,spontaneous abortion rate,multiple pregnency rate,live birth rate per cycle transferred. This comparison was corrected for the most common confounding factors such as maternal age ,body mass index, developmental day at freezing. Results: The outcome of the two approaches are no significant differences in frozen-thawed embryos transfer cycles, embryos with high-quality before freezing associated with higher clinical pregnency rate and implantation rate. 【Kay words】Frozen-thawed embryos transfer（FET）, Post-thawed culture，Clinical pregnency rate, Implantation rate, Spontaneous abortion rate 冷冻-复苏胚胎移植（Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transplantation,FET）作为辅助生育技术（Assisted Reproductice Technology,ART）的重要组成部分，目前广泛应用于各种原因取消新鲜周期胚胎移植或新鲜周期移植后未孕的患者。其有效预防卵巢过度刺激综合征的发生，增加了单次促排卵的累积妊娠率，减轻了患者的痛苦和经济负担。然而，与新鲜胚胎移植相比，冻融胚胎移植的临床妊娠率仍较低[1]。影响冻融胚胎移植结局的因素很多，包括女性年龄、体重指数、冷冻方法、胚胎质量、内膜准备方案、所用移植管及移植时机等等，其中，胚胎质量是最关键的关键，高质量的胚胎具有较高的妊娠率[2]。目前，FET胚胎选择的形态学依据主要为两种观察结果，一种是观察到解
