社区护理干预对原发性高血压病患者遵医依从性及血压的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探究社区护理干预对原发性高血压病患者遵医依从性及血压的影响。方法：选取2013年3月-2014年5月本院收治的原发性高血压患者100例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组50例。对照组采取常规护理模式，研究组在对照组基础上采取社区护理干预，比较两组遵医依从性、血压情况及对护理的满意度。结果：干预前，两组遵医依从性比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后，研究组遵医依从性优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。干预后，两组收缩压及舒张压均优于干预前，且研究组收缩压及舒张压优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：社区护理干预对原发性高血压患者效果显著，是一种科学、有效的护理方案，可以提高患者遵医依从性，能稳定血压，改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 社区护理； 原发性高血压； 遵医； 依从性； 血压 　　Effect of Community Nursing Intervention on Medical Compliance and Blood Pressure of Patients with Essential Hypertension/HUANG Chun-xuan，CHANG Yong-zhi，XIE Yan-hua.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（10）：068-071 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on medical compliance and blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension.Method：100 cases of patients with essential hypertension in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2014 were selected as study objects，they were randomly divided into two groups，with each group 50 cases.The control group was given routine care model，on the basis of the control group，the study group was given community nursing intervention.The compliance behaviors，blood pressure and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result：Before intervention，the difference in the compliance behaviors of the two groups was not statistically significant（P0.05）.After intervention，the compliance behaviors of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After intervention，the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were better than those before intervention，and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group，the difference w
