超声乳化加人工晶体植入治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨超声乳化加人工晶体植入治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床效果。方法：选取本院2013年1月-2014年1月葡萄膜炎并发白内障患者89例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组，观察组45例，采用超声乳化加人工晶体植入术；对照组44例，采用常规小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术，比较两组患者手术后3个月优良率的差异，比较两组患者手术前、手术后3个月房水蛋白水平的差异。结果：观察组优良率明显高于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，两组患者房水蛋白水平明显高于治疗前，治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05），且观察组房水蛋白水平明显低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：超声乳化加人工晶体植入治疗葡萄膜炎并发白内障的临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 超声乳化； 人工晶体植入； 葡萄膜炎； 白内障 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of patients with uveitis complicated cataract. Method：89 patients with uveitis complicated cataract admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and divided into the observation group for 45 cases and the control group for 44 cases according to the random number table method. The observation group was treated with phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation， and the control group was treated with conventional small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. The excellent and good rate 3 months after operation， the aqueous protein level before operation and 3 months after operation between the two groups were compared. Result： The excellent and good rate of the observation group 3 months after operation was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The aqueous protein level of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment， and the aqueous protein level of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of patients with uveitis complicated cataract is remarkable， which is worthy of clinical popularization and application. 　　【Key words】 Phacoemulsification； Intraocular lens
