超声在诊断糖尿病患者颈动脉及下肢动脉硬化中的应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨超声在诊断糖尿病患者颈动脉及下肢动脉硬化中临床应用价值。方法 选取2014年6月―2015年12月于该院就诊的2型糖尿病患者90例作为该研究的观察组，选取同期健康体检者90例作为该研究的对照组，两组均行超声检查。比较两组颈动脉、下肢动脉斑块检出率以及血管壁内-中膜厚度情况。结果 两组比较，观察组颈动脉、下肢动脉的斑块检出率与IMT发生率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 糖尿病患者行超声检查，能够清晰地显示出患者颈动脉、下肢动脉斑块情况，从而能够及时采取有效措施进行治疗，进而有助于预防粥样硬化的发生，值得在临床上大力推广应用。 　　[关键词] 超声；糖尿病；颈动脉；下肢动脉 　　[中图分类号] R543 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）05（b）-0051-02 　　Application of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Carotid and Lower exTremity Arteriosclerosis in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus 　　QIAO Zhi-wei 　　Heilongjiang Qitaihe Coal Mining （Group） Co.， Ltd. Methods A total of June 2014 to 2015 December in our hospital for treatment of type 2 diabetic patients 90 cases as the observation group， select the healthy physical examination for the same period of 90 cases as the control group， two groups underwent ultrasound examination. The detection rate of carotid and lower extremity artery plaque and the thickness of the blood vessel wall in the two groups were compared. Results The detection rate of carotid artery plaque and the incidence of IMT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）， the two groups were compared.
