2010学年度春开学典礼校长讲话稿 　　 　　　　　 老师们，在新的学年里，学校将坚持“尚美、求真”的办学理念，强化过程管理，走“做强小学、发展初中、创艺体特色”的办学思路。牢固树立学校的发展意识，质量意识，创新意识、实干意识和科研意识。切实转变教育观念，抢抓机遇，深化改革，强化德育管理，狠抓校风建设，加快我校教育教学工作的全面发展。为此提出以下要求 1.行为习惯方面 1．开好头，起好步，抓好第一周。事开头难，良好的开端是成功的一半，讲的都是开端的重要性。无论老师还是学生，都要重视开学第一天、第一周。那么，怎样重视呢？首先，要有一个打算、计划，特别是毕业年段的同学，应该要有自主学习的能力，更应该有一个学习计划。这项工作班主任要指导学生做好，把它作为加强学生责任心培养范文其次，要在小事上做实在。其实，学校里多数是小事，但又没有小事，说它小，比如：弯腰捡起校园内的一张纸屑，听到铃声教室里立刻安静下来，整理好学习用品等，事情是都很小，但都关系到同学们良好的行为习惯的养成问题，是大事。本学期，学校政教处将对班级实行“短期目标” 管理。对每一期的目标提出了更为切实的要求。比方说：“认真作好课前准备”、“课间不许吃零食”、“课间操动作要规范”、“不抽烟不赌博”等等，希望同学们在班主任的指导下制定好这样的目标，所有的同学都要对照目标，自觉养成好的习惯。所有的任课老师也都要根据班级的近期目标，严格要求学生，这样，全方位共同努力，使同学们真正做到目标中所提出的要求 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 冰冻三尺靠乐教宁静致远铸就成功教育???????? 谢谢大家！ 　　? position-related consumption of civil servants has been swept by finance, consumer, regardless of cost, extravagance and waste in the civil service position-related consumption, abuse, corruption and embezzlement, corruption is important.
