经椎弓根椎体内植骨治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨经椎弓根椎体内植骨治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的效果。 方法 选择2013年7月～2014年3月我科收治的70例老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象，并将其随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组在短节段弓根钉棒系统内固定基础上采用经椎弓根椎体内植骨治疗，对照组采用短节段弓根钉棒系统内固定治疗。比较两组患者的手术相关临床指标和骨折恢复情况。 结果 研究组患者术后疼痛评分较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组末次随访的椎体高度丢失和Cobb角等均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在短节段弓根钉棒系统内固定基础上采用经椎弓根椎体内植骨治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折术后疼痛较轻、椎体矫正高度和角度丢失较少，有良好的治疗效果，可在临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 骨质疏松；脊柱骨折；老年患者；经椎弓根椎体内植骨 　　[中图分类号] R683.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）09（a）-0081-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of transvertebral pedicle vertebral body bone grafting in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic vertebral fracture. Methods 70 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture admitted into our department from July 2013 to March 2014 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into research group and control group.Research group was given transvertebral pedicle vertebral body bone grafting on the basis of internal fixation by short-segment pedicle screw rod system，and control group was given internal fixation by short-segment pedicle screw rod system.Surgery-related clinical indexes and recovery of fracture was compared in patients between two groups respectively. Results The score of postoperative pain in research group was lower than that in control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Loss of vertebral height and Cobb angle in the last follow-up in research group was both better than that in control group respectively，and the difference was staitstically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of internal fixation by short-segment pedicle screw rod system，applying transvertebral pedicle vertebral body bone grafting in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic vertebral fracture has mild postopeative pain and less loss of vertebral correction height and angle for patients，which has a good curative effect and is able to be applied and promoted clinically. 　　[Key words] Osteoporosis；Vertebral fracture；Elde
