2010～2012年我院围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况。方法 设计调查表， 对本院2010～2012年围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况进行分析。结果 全部患者中有53.64%术前使用抗菌药物， 术后100.00%使用抗菌药物。抗菌药物使用率最多的为二代头孢菌素， 其次为林可霉素类。结论 合理规范的使用抗菌药物、缩短抗菌药物使用时间至关重要。 　　【关键词】 围手术期；抗菌药物；药敏实验 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the usage of antibacterial agents in perioperative period.
