VSD在胃肠瘘中的应用 【摘要】 目的 探讨VSD在胃肠瘘中应用的疗效观察。方法 治疗组17例应用VSD治疗胃肠瘘， 对照组16例置双腔套管持续冲洗引流。观察两组临床疗效。结果 所有患者全部治愈， VSD治疗组切口感染率数、换药次数、切口愈合时间、瘘口愈合时间均明显小于对照组（P 0.05）， 无并发症。结论 VSD在胃肠瘘中的应用， 临床效果好， 值得临床应用与推广。 【关键词】 胃肠瘘；VSD 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of VSD in the treatment of gastrointestinal fistula. Methods There were 17 cases in the treatment group treated by VSD， and 16 cases in the control group treated by double cavity cannula drainage. Clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results All the patients were cured. The wound infection rate， wound healing time， dressing chan
