临床药师参与治疗老年产β―内酰胺酶大肠埃希菌尿路感染5例 　　[摘要] 通过介绍临床药师参与5例老年患者尿路感染产β-内酰胺酶（ESBLs）大肠埃希菌的临床会诊，探讨临床药师在临床中需结合患者情况、药敏试验结果、尿路感染常见病原菌、辅助用药与药学监护，为产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的老年人尿路感染选药，协助临床医师在抗感染治疗中提高用药的有效性、经济性、合理性，从而制订有效的个体化给药方案。 　　[关键词] 尿路感染；大肠埃希菌；产β-内酰胺酶 　　[中图分类号] R69 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）11（b）-0094-05 　　[Abstract] Through intruducing that clinical pharmacists participate in clinical consultation in 5 senile patients with urinary tract infection by Escherichia coli producing ESBLs， to explore the clinical pharmacists should combine with the situations of the patients， drugs sensitivity test of common pathog
