2013年农业工作总结和2014年工作计划 2013年农业工作在县委、县政府的正确领导下，坚持以科学发展观为统领，深入贯彻党的十八大、十八届三中全会及中央、省、市农村工作和农业工作会议精神，克服诸多不利因素的影响，以促进农业增效、农民增收和农村稳定为目标，全力做好农业各项工作，全县农业经济呈现出稳定发展态势。 一、2013年农业生产情况 1、粮食生产基本稳定，综合生产能力不断提高。 全县粮食播种面积36.85万亩，粮食总产12.79万吨，比去年增加5239吨，增长4.27％。水稻播种面积29万亩,其中早稻11.27万亩，中稻7.79万亩，晚稻9.94万亩。推广优质稻、超级稻10.5万亩，全县各乡镇均建立超级稻、优质稻百亩示范片。开展早、中稻优质稻、超级稻高产创建竞赛活动，效果明显，平均亩产达513.4公斤，比普通杂交水稻栽培亩增产57.8公斤，比增12.7%，合计增产稻谷4435吨，超额实现年初县委县政府下达的推广6万亩、增产粮食3000吨的目标任务。经测算，全县早、中稻超级稻、优质稻比同片普通杂交水稻新增产值达931.35万元。其中早、中稻超级稻、优质稻比同片普通杂交水稻平均亩新增产值分别为134.40元和101.85元。种稻效益明显增加，调动了农民种粮的积极性。 2、动物疫病防控工作有效开展，农业生产安全得到有力保障。 抓好禽流感等重大动物疫病防工作。 position-related consumption of civil servants has been swept by finance, consumer, regardless of cost, extravagance and waste in the civil service position-related consumption, abuse, corruption and embezzlement, corruption is important.
